Methi Leaves, also known as fenugreek Leaves, offers several health benefits. It can help regulate blood sugar levels, aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and even improve milk production in breastfeeding mothers. 

Methi is a versatile herb commonly used in Indian cuisine. Cooking methi (fenugreek leaves) is quite simple. 

Here's a basic recipe for Methi:

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped fresh Methi leaves
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 green chilies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  • Prepare the methi: 
Wash the methi leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Then Chop the leaves finely.
