Simple recipe for Chilli Garlic Maggi

 Here’s a simple and delicious Chilli Garlic Maggi recipe:

Ingredients:

3 packet Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)

3 cup water

4-5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)

1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1/4 cup bell peppers (chopped, optional)

1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp red chili sauce

2 tbsp oil

Salt to taste (optional, as Maggi masala already has salt)

Spring onion or coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Cook the Maggi:

Boil 1 cup water in a pan, add the noodles and Maggi tastemaker. Cook until the noodles are soft and the water is mostly absorbed. Set aside.

Prepare the chilli garlic base:

Heat oil in a pan or wok.

Add chopped garlic and chilli flakes. Sauté until the garlic turns golden and aromatic.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add vegetables (optional):

Add chopped bell peppers and tomatoes. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.

Flavoring:

Add soy sauce and red chili sauce. Mix well.

Stir in green chilies if you want extra heat.

Combine:

Add the cooked Maggi to the pan. Toss well to coat the noodles in the spicy garlic sauce.

Garnish and serve:

Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves if desired. Serve hot!
